Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–4 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Little Banyan purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of product delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition, with original packaging intact.
